MONDAY - Mad Science, Languages and Zumba Clubs

Mad Science Club

Students perform scientific experiments in each session. This adds to their understanding of scientific principles on topics such as space, forces, and the human body. Please see their website for more information: http://www.madscience.org

Zumba Club

TUESDAY - Capoeira and Culinary Clubs

Capoeira

Capoeira is a unique and exciting Afro-Brazilian art form that combines elements of dance, martial arts, music and play. Students will enhance their creativity, fitness, discipline, wellbeing and confidence. This term we will have two instructors and run the club on the same day for all students. Culinary Club

Want to be the next Masterchef? Come and improve your culinary skills, learn how to prepare, create and sample a new healthy after school snack each week. Students will build their own recipe book of healthy snacks to make on their own.

WEDNESDAY - Xen-Do, Languages and Jewellery and Art Design

Xen-Do Club

Xen-Do is a martial art that develops kickboxing and self-defence techniques. It helps improve students' focus and physical health. The belt system builds students' self-esteem. Art and Jewellery Design Club

Students will use different techniques to create jewellery pieces and artwork including beading, sculpture and print. Artwork will be shared with families and during the Art Exhibition in May.

THURSDAY - Rock Climbing, Art, Chess and Computational Thinking Clubs

Rock Climbing Club

Trained instructors at Seymour Leisure Centre develop students' balance and core strength. Students work together to climb new heights. Come on, join in; be a risk-taker!

Parent pick up is at Seymour Leisure Centre at 17:00.

Art Club

Students will use different materials and techniques which build on creativity, whilst developing fine motor skills. Students will bring home their piece of art each week to share with their family.

Chess Club

Students will receive chess coaching from a professional coach each session. The coach will provide tips and advice as well as organise mini tournaments throughout the term which will allow students to improve gameplay and strategy.

Little Coder's Club: Computational Thinking

This computing club is for beginners, where children will learn powerful computing concepts using a fun, visual programming language called Scratch. With Scratch, children can program and share interactive media such as stories, games, and animations with people from all over the world. As children create with Scratch, they learn to think creatively, work collaboratively, and reason systematically. 

All students must bring their own device, including ICS Chromebooks.

All students must be picked up at 21 Star Street W2 1QB at 5pm.
