Students will create increasingly refined visual plans culminating in a final scale model, based on their measurements of the real stage.

Moreover, students will then develop their scale models into the final set for our school musical.

Creative Writing Club

Do you enjoy writing stories, blogs, journals, poetry or song lyrics? Would you like to try writing something other than formal, academic writing?

C.S. Lewis said: "You can make anything by writing."

Creative Writing Club is an opportunity for you to experiment, practise and develop your writing skills outside of the academic world. You can let your imagination loose because here, there will be no 'rules' and no assessments: you are free to write whatever you want! There is no requirement to share your writing or read it aloud (although there will be an audience if you'd like to!).

Chess & Sudoku Club

Come and learn the strategies to defeat your opponent in the world's oldest tactical board game, Chess!

Or, become a master at the Japanese game Sudoku.

Little Coders Club: Coding and Robotics

In this fun-filled course, students will learn how to code and build their own games, animations, stories and robots. Over the term and year, students will become confident in creating with technology, not just consuming it. As they experiment with robots and programming, they will learn how to reason systematically, work collaboratively and be more creative by using technology in different ways.

Primary School children will walk over to Star Street escorted by an ICS staff member. All students must bring their own device, including ICS Chromebooks. All students must be picked up at 21 Star Street W2 1QB at 5pm. Open to new and experienced students.
