Extra Curricular Activities & Clubs

Inspiration inside and outside of the classroom

At ICS London we believe there are four key elements that comprise a complete education:

  1. Educational excellence
  2. Global readiness
  3. Education in values
  4. Extra-curricular activities

While our academic standards are second to none, learning is about much more than what happens in the classroom. In helping our students become global citizens who will shape the world, we encourage them to step beyond the academic curriculum to find activities that will aid in their development as people and better prepare them for the world of tomorrow.

Student Council, International Travel and more

Wherever a student's passions lie, ICS London offers activities to stimulate and engage.

Our Student Council encourages students to take an active role in key decisions affecting their school lives, while our Model United Nations helps them develop a global perspective.

Fitness and football, art, coding and robotics; the list of activities we offer is growing all the time, increasingly driven by technology using digital tools, design thinking and interdisciplinary project-based STEM methodology.

Globeducate network events

Together with other schools in the Globeducate network, ICS London has sent students to take part in a range of international events.

International study trips and exchange programmes form a key part of our extra-curricular offering, and an amazing opportunity for all students to broaden their horizons and improve their leadership, teamwork and decision-making skills in new and exciting places!

After School Clubs

At ICS London students can participate in a wide range of daily fun and engaging after-school clubs.

Clubs are available for students at every stage of their educational journey, from early years through to those on the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.  We have an array of both free and paid clubs run by external professionals to provide a comprehensive list of club activities.

As with everything our students do at ICS London, we endeavour to ensure they are supported in all extra-curricular activity by providing access to facilities, equipment, instruction and care.

Furthermore, the activities made available are selected to complement our curriculum to ensure a holistic learning experience with their peers.

We believe that our innovative approach to education inspires each and every student to discover their strengths within a community of future leaders. Giving students the opportunity to discover new interests and skills, and the chance to make their own choices about how to complement their core learning, helps them towards a more well-rounded education and encourages them to take more responsibility for their own development.
